AARON MARCH
Co-Founder and Partner
Aaron has over 29 years of experience in IT staffing. Renowned for his expertise in cultivating enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike, Aaron has a proven track record of success in the industry. Throughout his career, he has filled over 1100 positions, demonstrating his understanding of market dynamics and technology trends.
Prior to his IT Staffing work Aaron began his career at IBM in New York. While there he achieved numerous accolades for his exemplary sales performance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Aaron is a passionate photographer with a portfolio, including capturing moments with five US presidents. His work has appeared in publications such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. In his leisure time, Aaron enjoys tennis, pickleball and sailing.
Residing in Roswell, GA, Aaron cherishes spending time with his wife of 27 years and is a proud parent to a daughter attending WCU.
ROB McGREW
Co-Founder and Partner
Since 1996, Rob has been working with Managers and Executives to help them find and hire the right IT professionals, both technically and culturally, for their organization and teams. During this time, he has interviewed and placed thousands of IT professionals in various organizations and industries at all levels.
Prior to co-founding Broad Reach, Rob was an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter for MATRIX in their Atlanta HQ offices. He started his career working for IBM in the Atlanta Branch office.
Rob grew up in Marietta, Ohio and earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL. While in school, he worked for N.A.S.A. at Kennedy Space Center during the Space Shuttle program and later worked for IBM in their robotics lab in Boca Raton.
Rob enjoys cycling as well as golf and sailing. He is an avid reader with an ever expanding, some would say bursting at the seams, book collection.
Rob and his wife, sons, and two Shih-tzus currently reside in Milton, GA.
